trouble with the main page

i'm having some troubles with the main page, see

it start just few hours ago, its' just me, or somebody else is experimenting the same trouble?

well, basically i can't see the main page completely, just the middle... a img with a armed masked guy (on the left side), and a destroyed house (on both sides) is covering the sides of the main page

It appears you were configured to use one of the discontinued skins. The skin in the picture you posted was called "Vision Collision", which is no longer supported. If you still have this issue, scroll to the bottom left side of the forum and choose "Black Topaz" or "NewPsx" as your skin.
