Some Thread Titles Do Not Update?

I made a new thread, went and changed the title, no problems, it switched. Now it shows up as the updated title.

The problem is with older threads I have, I update them, but they stay the same. It does not show up as the updated title.

I have noticed this with theads like (200+) Backup Working on Kmeaw, by AlexDC22. It should be something like Kmeaw Compatability thread (500+) Backups Working.

Depending on the age of the thread sometime only a edit by a admin or mod will update the title!

The other way to force an update is use advanced edit instead of quick edit and yo change part of the syntax like changing a : into a - it will force a title update

Who do I tell to get some titles updated around here? (Tried the swapping a : for - thing, and that didn't work?)

you can make changes in the first post for updates etc.

Tha will work fine with some of my threads. Other ones will not change, no matter what I try, until someone else changes it for me.
