please help i can't use visitor message at all how can i use it ? or is it because i have not been a member for 30 days

You should still be able to use visitor messages, just not PMs. Some users do not allow other to post them visitor messages.

For instance, if you clicked on my name, and go to my profile, you should be able to leave me a message. Please let me know if this is not the case.

You can also check you general settings to make sure you have allowed yourself to send visitor messages, though I am not sure if that is how the option is stated, or if there even is one.

Due to spammers using visitor messages we have also restricted them to the 30-30 rule.
