Is there some way to disable the audio for the video ads that you seem to have added to the forums?
I mean really, I don't want to hear that crap when I'm trying to browse the forums. I get that you need to
pay the bills but I think the video part is annoying enough.
turn your volume down.... or run your browser through a filtering proxy. the proxy works best for filtering all the nonsense ads on ANY website... but it can also prevent any/all pop-ups (some of which are needed)

without those adds this site wouldn't be up.... so you just have to deal with it or mute your computer... I know how annoying they can be but lets not forget this site is FREE and plzz @PS3 (well u knw) . com there are a BILLION adds so this site isnt that bad :D

Sadly for some reason the people who make ads now days have given up on the rule that used to say you should start your audio muted. It could be worse, a few PS3 news sites have full screen ads come up now which really takes the piss. It's the adds that force themselves over half the browser window that really annoy me.
We do our best to remove annoying ads as soon as we spot them. Sometimes a few slip through. We don't allow pop unders or overs of any kind. Best way is just to hit mute. The do help us pay the bills.
