Maximum Characters Per Post Limit
Maximum Characters Per Post Limit –

I am hoping you could either disable this feature or increase the limit to a higher quota.
The problem I have is that it causes errors when I try to update or provide a long tutorial or a chart with tables, sometimes it causes me to lose the data, which I then have to rely on my backup--or I gotta add more reserve posts underneath it so I can later extend it to more posts within a topic--but if I don't park enough posts below it, then I run into another problem.
If my memory serves me right on vbulletin's admin panel, this feature is located:
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Maximum Characters Per Post
I've noticed that other vbulletin sites don't have a limit (or at the very least have a quite higher limit than the current setting)--this is why all the information you read is usually on their first post on a topic. It would mean the world to me if you guys would disable it completely or the limit increased to four times as much as it is now. Or if it could be modified for certain users or usergroups?

True, I have had to take over people posts in order to make my threads work right. It really would not hurt to make the post longer. Unless there is a way to make a new reply, and then move the time stamp, so that it goes where you need it to go in order to finish your thread... something must be done.
