A few issues...

The forum link that used to be at the top of the tool bar is gone and all i see is the community drop down list... Makes it a little annoying to get to the forums now from the portal. Could it be put back?

Also, the blue button thing next to psx-scene at the top links to http://psx-scene.com/cmps_index.php instead of http://psx-scene.com/forums/cmps_index.php on the portal page. I do believe that is a mistake.

yeah the admin has installed the new Vbulletin ..so this should be taken care of as soon as he get time and know that

When I try to search something from the "main screen", it says something about a security token missing...

What is a security token?

advanced or standard search? what's your keyword?

Haven't tried advanced, just the standard. Many different seaches(2) brought up the same error message. I guess the keywords from my search would have been PSP, emulator, ESR, and tutorial.

odd. i've just ran those keywords individually and in combos back to back to back and no errors

This makes all the difference. you may want to use the one shown in the attachment as it's not broken.

I'll have to inform xia of the front page search form being broken.

Looks like it might be a bug in the new version of vBulletin according to this thread with a fix.
