Can't send messages or reply to inbox

I have no idea what's wrong with my profile but I can't send a message or reply to a visitor message I got. This site is way too complicated to navigate and frustrating all at the same time. If I can't do simple things like this then I'm going to another forum

This is supposed to be a place to help people and someone dagrimmreepa asked me for help and I can't even reply to them. I have been on here way over a year so something is wrong because I used to be able to do this. Please help. Thanks

Make 7 more post and please don't spam if possible and give 1/2 hour for server to update it will unlock
The rule is 10 days 10 posts so the post rule is stopping you
Why the rule to cut down spam and links for spam

Thanks for letting me know - I still cant understand why I was able to before and then blocked again. Also i would like to suggest a link to message moderators or administrators in the email area. I could not find that anywhere and it would have helped me not get as aggrevated. Thanks again
