zAxis, this is great news! Thank you very much for your continued hard work and dedication. It's great to know you and graf are continuing the good work you're doing. We're all watching, very thankful, and cheering you on. Great to have graf on PSX Scene too! Thanks you guys. +k +k

The rules should be left up to the devs and admins to figure out. Whatever devs feel will help them stay focused, accomplish more, and work better together.

Read access by registered members only with 50 or more posts. write access only by Devs and Mods only. Devs should have an application process reviewed and voted on by mods and other devs.

On the other hand, sometimes there _are_ new users that have some valid points. However, I think if it's something ground-breaking, they can always PM a mod.
its not about new users or long time honored users. Everybody can give his 2 cents when itīs in latest news. The dev forum is for only one purpose: Progressupdates that can be 100% trusted.

EDIT: Also for the developers we could add a +rep function. That way they still know we enjoy their work without having 10 replies saying thanks dude, your awesome, Can I haz your baby. So it still stays coherent but the developers know they are doing a damn good job .
Dunno if it's possible, but could make it so the dev that creates the thread allows or dissallows comments. That way, ones looking for bug reports could get them, those that don't want to deal with "PSN yet?!?" don't have to.
