Well, I did the format and check the disc with no problems, the only folder I have is the ISO folder and in it games, but when I check it, it says there are no games. I'm still having the 6.60 PRO-B10. What else can I do? :S

    Hi. I have a PSP 3004 on OFW 6.31.
Should I just update to OFW 6.60 and then install 6.60 PRO- B9?
Can I at the moment make the 6.60 PRO- B9 permanent?

It was actually 6.60 PRO-C I installed. And then I ran the FastRecovery file.
Isn't FastRecovery meant to make it permanent?
