rif files are activation files locked to your console. rap files are activation files that anybody can use. ReActPSN only works with a USB drive in the far right slot and must have a folder named /exdata (must be spelled that way exactly). You must also have a working ACT.DAT. If you were never on PSN with any of your accounts this won't work. If you need to get the raps for ReActPSN to work, change your username to aa and run ReActPSN while holding down R1. Then look in your usb drive for /reActPSN for a zip file starting with rap. You might see several. Check the date on it and open the most recent one. Inside is a exdata folder. Just extract that folder to the root of your USB. Overwrite if you get prompted. The rap files that you need for ReActPSN will be in there. After that, plug it back in your far right slot on your PS3. Change username to aa and run ReActPSN without holding anything. Look at your username again. It should have changed from aa to something identifying the number of activations you have
Fiery the angels fell. Deep thunder rolled around their shoulders... burning with the fires of Orc.
