anyways, i recently replaced my psp LCD. i tried to open the backlight clip (the small brown clasp) from the wrong side. i had no plastic left on except for the smalles, most tinies piece, but that doesnt affect it. what i did was layed down the backlight strip, and it just kind of stuck there once i had it in the right place. then, i put the small brown clasp on top of it in the right direction, and the grooves went together. from there, i held it in place with a small screwdriver, while i had someone else light a candle, and hold it over the clasp until 2-3 drops fell on it. from there, i smeared it around so it was sealed, and then i turned on the screen, and it worked! I laid it back in place, screwed everything in, and it was as good as new!!!
