was wondering, got a call the other day from a person.(i do console repairs and mods) about a psp 3000. she said it turns on but nothing happens(soft brick?) i already have a pandora battery and stick with time machine and a few other methods along with hellcat's(thanX hellcat) recovery flasher.
if i hold down the left trigger i get the install m33 5.00.
i have seen a few you cant do anything to 3000's but i also have seen a few you can do thats.
i just want to make sure from a reliable site. i am guessing a update went bad and pooped out on her. (i know the FW is outdated but...)
    thanX in advance

Just Use the pandora hack to install the OFW 5.00 a permanent hack for a CFW isnt possible on the 3000 models. that should restore the device to a stock 5.00 software from there should be able to work as normal,. I'd then update to the 6.60 OFW and use 6.60 Pro C as the CFW if it's desired for a Jailbreak. However if you do use a CFW make sure not to use a Cipl flasher.
