Normally I probably wouldn't care to hack it (my PSP 3K, that is) but b/c of the recent "developments" I was curious to see what could be done . . . . . I have 6.35 and mostly I want to probably run a emulator or two (SNES & GB(A)), PS1 & PSP.

I don't care for having youtube or do about anything else just what I had said above.

Also please move to the correct forum.

Yeah but what is it that you want? Because I didn't see any question in your post. All statements. If you're looking for the tutorial just check the latest 5 news that are up.

An unlocked PS1 emulator is not possible yet. However you can downgrade to 5.03, which has a HEN that supports it. Hell if the downgrader supports it you could even go as low as 1.50 and then upgrade through a few custom firmwares to end up at 5.50 GEN.

There is no possibility to downgrade to 1.50 on psp 3k. If he wants to see 1.50 he would have to use time machine and boot 1.50 with 3.40 mixup.

Since I only said that PS1 emu wasn't possible you should've gathered that the rest would be possible

So to spell it out clearly. Yes to SNES/GBA/GBC and PSP ISOs.

If you have 6.35 your only option for now is using HEN:

    HEN for 6.31 / 6.35 Installation

Download and unzip the appropriate HEN version for your PSP firmware below
Download and unzip Half Byte Loader R112 for Minna no Sukkiri
Copy the “hbl” directory and the “h.bin” file to the root of your device
Download and unzip the Minna no Sukkiri PSP Demo
Unzip UCJS10094.zip (the SAVEDATA exploit) and copy to PSP/SAVEDATA
Replace HBL’s “hbl/menu/EBOOT.PBP” with the appropriate HEN version
Start up Minna no Sukkiri and enjoy!

This was took from PSP-hacks. You could google it...
    PlayStation 2 [SCPH-30004 R]: Free McBoot 1.8c + Network Adaptor 80GB HDD
    PSP 2004: TA-085v2
