Well, that's because your holding your mouse in your right hand.

Don't you just hate viral, dumb questions like this? Why do people get excited about this? Why do people don't get that if you are using your right hand to move the mouse, you HAVE to lean on your left elbow if you want to lean, which almost automatically happens if you are sitting for a longer time?

Or should I just abandon all hope in the human race?

The way my computer is set up, I lean forward on both elbows unless I am replying to stoopid questions.

In that case, both elbows are in the air.
