XP Start Menu Help

Here is my start menu on XP

What I need is though becasue my Start menu shortcuts are full now, so I have started to make Folders and put shortcuts into them, and then pinning that to the start menu. I dont like opening a new folder when I press Burning, We Wediting, video Editing etc. Is it possible for it to open a submenu when I hover my mouse over it.

If not could it be placed were My Documents, Favourites etc is?

Also how do I take away the the submenu appearing when I hover my mouse over the My Documents, Favourites etc, I jsut want it to open directly.

Right click on the task bar and hit properties, click start menu tab, click customize, click advanced tab, and start customizing !

you could also use the "all program" button.....witch is here for what you are doing...
