    Crossfire 6850 x2 or a gtx580 I'm trying to save $ but still have the best

    Really all comes down to personal preference. What i notice is games where the nvidia chip flourishes, the Radeon falls short, and vis versa. I'm a nvidia fan though , GTX580 all the way . Plus if you want more power you can add another card later if you get the single GTX580, cant do that with crossfired setup, unless you got 3 free slots and like the heat.

    EDIT: In my experience, the Radeon runs very very hot, especially their dual GPU cards, so watch out
