I found a way for me to do at least 55 crunches in 2min first do 10 crunches then rest 10 sec and then do another 10 crunches then rest 10 sec and continue the pattern.
Ok since I all way have bad luck like hell, first when I try to enlisted I got DQ for a hernia in the summer of last year have to wait 2 month after the surgrey to try to enlist again then in Oct I have finally enlisted and my shipping date was Dec 2nd but in November my appendix had rupture so in Dec the doctor have operate me to take out the appendix so I have to wait 2 month to work out it almost like god don't want me to join or I am just . Let try this instead do not wish me Good Luck instead wish me Bad Luck now let see how this will end up.
