Is there such a thing as a software cable descrambler for tv tuner cards? if u have one please tell me!!!

Yes, there is such things, but they're illegal, and I haven't had one for a looooooong time. Just Google it on up, and I'm sure you'll find one.

Good luck bud. I have done extensive searches for this and have come up with a few bullshit programs and more links to crap than you can shake a stick at. Honestly, I dont think a software descrambler exists on the market (black or pseudo-legit) anymore. If you do run across something pls feel free to PM me though
