Windows Server 2003

well my friend you have a lot of questions, but thats ok because asking questions gets you answers....

well bud i havent looked into this specific OS yet, all i can say is that its a server, and for a sserver OS you usually gain stablility but loose resourtces (if im wrong correct me)if you have a nice machine and wanna try it id partition your hdd and try it out for a while then if you like it you can reformat your entire hdd and go for the complete install.

My friend told me that it didn't support NVIDIA drivers, which would screw me out of my VGA output. Can't upgrade, yet. >_<

i use internet connection sharing (ics). would it make a difference if i installed 2003 server on the main computer?

It wont work on your xp stuff. Just keep xp and be happy with it. Windows Server is for buissnesses and other server tasks.
