    hey guys i need some help..i have this big speaker...how do i connect it to my pc..i hate the small crap dell speakers..i wanna use my big speaker

    Well...you'll need to buy a few adapters from Radio shack, but it can be done.

    You gonna run it through an AMP first? If not, it gets a little more complicated.

    Unless it is self powered you will have no choice but to run it through an AMP - the signal from the PC is only line level not powerful enough to run a large speaker

    lol sorry guys well it looks like this speaker...but its not the same brand..i dont know the brand it doesnt say but its the same size and look and on the back theres 4 wires...2 RED wires and 2 BLACK wires..

    yeh you're going to need an amp or receiever or something to pass through, that's kind of like my current speaker system.

    oh ok cool i got this stereo sound system downstairs and it has 3 parts to it..but its connected together cant take it apart but anyways it says..CD PLAYER which is the top on then the middle one says STEREO SYSTEM AMPLIFIER..is that the one i need?

    by the sound of it it sounds like it would work...you just need something with an input, and something to ouput to the speakers...
