whats the game with the coolest soundtrack?

My personal favorites were some of those old Twisted Metal games for the regular psx. You could really get into Rob Zombie, and them while you was blowing the other cars to hell! Kingdom Hearts music was great to, but while i'm kicking ass in games, I like it to be loud-Headbanging music.

Yeah, those Rob Zombie tracks from twisted metal rocked. Another one of my fav was the title song "the thing I hate" (or something like that) from psx's Duke Nukem

Final Fantasy VII !!!!!!

DUDE! That game has THE BEST music there is! Tony Hawk 4 has some of the recent hit music and some golden oldies... but those arent original, they are just spur-the-moment if you play it in another couple years, you'll think most those songs will suck.....

FFVII had amazing music and it was all composed by that crazy ass jap dude that makes all the FF music ('cept one of them, 10 i think).

but... WHERES TETRIS?!?? Greatest retro music of all time......

I'd have to go with Vice City, FFX International (or Final Fantasy X for you suckers who don't have International

), or Metal Gear Solid 2. Vice City is so much more fun when you're cruisin and killing and listening to Michael Jackson. FFX the music MAKES that game, its what makes the ending so emotional, without that it'd be so boring just listening to dialogue. And in Metal Gear Solid 2 the music is wonderfully orchestrated and it helps create a lot of suspense throughout the game.

I also want to say that it's not just FFX, but the whole Final Fantasy series has some of the most perfected soundtrack IMO.

Arrrrrrrrr, I forgets the name of that band right now, but I knows that song ye speak of. That was awsome!!! And the FMV of Duke and the alien pigs was the best. I wish they'd a release yon Duke Nuke'm games for PS2!!! Twas my favorite series, so it was. Didn't get a chance ta play "Planet of the Babes" though...arrrrrrrrr, I'll have to see if I can still find it at me video store or something, so I will.

Streetfighter 3 3rd Strike has some of the illest In-game music i have ever heard, but problem is its a Dreamcast Game

Anyone else agree ??

As for PS2 games i gotta say Tony Hawks 4 or Street hoops !!
