What is your fastest minesweeper time

yeah. if you have windows 95. set your background colour to black. then type "zzyxy" or something similar into the minesweeper window, then in the uppler left corner of the screen a little pixel will apear. when it's white there's a mine, when it's black there's no mine. the NT versions don't do this (2000, xp)

Wow...there's actually cheats in MineSweeper....I once thought that the mine will repeat once in a while so I capture the image in MSword but the same one never come up....

Cheats still ruin the point of the game. Minesweeper is challenging fun.

yeap...I love playing that game so much that I refuse to play on beginner and Intermediate mode just because they are so easy to win...To challenge myself even more, I started to play without marking the mine...It's pretty fun that way because you have to really remember how to locate the mine to win...

When I broke my arm I did nothing but play Minesweeper and Chip's Challenge for hours a day. Sometimes on beginer the whole board opens up with just one click. There are no cheats so my fastest times are:


Beginer-1 Second
Intermediate-32 Seconds
Challenge-96 Seconds

you can't clear the whole board with one click...I've play it long enough to know that....and there's ten bomb, not one so it's not possible....

i think what he's trying to say is that the board opens up a little (ie, spaces with no mines around them have no number, and it "opens" up the board as it triggers a chain reaction)

we all know that...but if anyone here who ACTUALLY played MineSweeper, they would know that it's still impossible to get it done in 1sec...
