Web desiner people... I need help!

I need help implamenting script and what not to my website. I had a friend start it and he seems to be gone all the time so I need to learn or something. I have no money to soend on this so it would be out of good faith. Here is the link to the script I would lime to add http://www.z0r.co.uk/clangames/download.asp. I tried it but that was a no go. There seems to be alot to it. But the help would be great. Thanks guys. I will give out info if needed. Please PM me if your willing to help. I will also put a link or anything you would like into the website. I need this A.S.A.P.
