wats using this file!!!

im trying to move a movie into a different folder, and everytime i try it tells me its being used by another program or person. i restarted my comp and tried it again. no luck. wat can be doing this????

make sure u dont have it in a emulated drive

m8 i doubt this will help but try Ctrl+Alt+Delete and see if any proggies are using it *which is higly unlikely*

happens to me ALL the time.. sometimes i just change the properties on the folder it is in. Like if read only is checked then uncheck it, and most of the time it works. Try to rename it something else then move it too.. its a pain in the ass.. hope m$ fixes it

what i usually do, is just move it with dos

move <filename> <newpath>

and dos does it right away... works for deleting folders that have problems being deleted as well
