Wal-mart is so f*cking picky when it comes to what merchandise they sell. Wal-Mart has just stopped selling Maxim, Stuff, and FHM magazines. This is just pathetic. Even more pathetic, last year they stopped selling one of Barbie's friends doll because she was portrayed as being pregnant. Is being pregnant a sin or something? Sorry just had to complain about this because Wal-Mart is so freakin retarded.

the thing with walmart and ASDA is that they have to go by public out cry if the public dont like it they dont sell it. as with the barbie the parents of children thought it was encouraging kids tro get pregnant

i have friends that are mormon and i take offense to your statement. if you dont like how wal-mart sells its goods, you are free to shop somewhere else.

Arrrrrrrr, let's not start an "offended" war here. Actually Wal-Mart is run by Christians, so it is. They do not go by "public outcry" they go by their company's "code of morality". Unfortunately for us consumers this code impedes on our freedom of choice...apparently Wal-Mart executives know what is better for us than we do. It is a sad state of affairs when a small interest group is making descisions on what we buy, watch, and read.

First, Mormons are Christians.

I have a few mormom pals, and they hate Mormonism SOOO much. They hate their parents, and hope the religion would burn and die. If you read up on the story of the Isrealites going on a boat to the Americas and traveling to Utah, its udder BS. Theres Absolutely NO archeological or even historical documentation speaking of such an event. It just a guy who in New York saw an Egyotian exibit at a meuseme and liked the idea, he started his own prodestant religion by making up some BS story. And the only person who has seen these so called tablets that say this event happen, are the religions founder, no one else. Also in the 1800's the US Military was sent into Utah to fight the Mormons because they were beeing such a problem to travelers by. They are by any means good moral people and are in our society normal, as utah and most of the secret service are mormons, I have nothing agaianst them at all really exept in this case and in the case of the boy scouts. The whole problem with boyscouts is not that scouts hate gays, its that Mormoms hate gays, and geuss who runas the boy scouts... the mormons. And i wish they would stop freakin coming to my door. I mean I reallly could care less what people beleive in, I mean if you want to dance around a dead cat in a dress i dont care as long as you leave me alone!

But ya, in summary, Mormons should stay away from my door, and should leave their ways to themselves not to enduce it to others in a bid to spread what they beleive in. But on the other hand Wal MArt has all rights to take it off their shelves if they feel it to be inappropriate, even tho that upsets many, but I mean Im sure there are plenty of other places to buy it from.

This makes me think of an interesting question... Who here believes in a higher power? I don't care whether you believe in Jesus, Buddha, or Necrlop's cat. Why is it that so many people, from such a wide variety of cultures, believe in something? It's almost like we are programmed to think like that. Did we live before, and know something else exists, so spend our lives trying to find it again? Or are we all just trying to find someone else to blame for our own misfortunes?
