Im trying to reach an old friend from high school but im having difficulties doing so, anyone know some good methods ?

You can try Googling the name, www.anywho.com works pretty well, as does www.switchboard.com and all those other yellow pages.
Try mutual friends, try parents, etc. Try your HS, they may have alumni contact info on him/her.
Or you could pull the There's Something About Mary route, hire a private investigator, he falls in love with the person, and hi-jinks ensue. Your call.
