Well...pirated CDs never have gotten into the markets if the prices those original CDs weren't too high.
I mean in our country, a CD cost 2 to 3,000 plus. Not everyone's that rich.

ok first, where do you live and what currency is 2-3,000 supposed to represent?
what kind of cds are you talking about? music? games? movies?
and unless the cost of retail music games or movies was even close to the cost of pirated cds, that wouldnt change anything. there's always a market for a cheaper version of the same product.
hehehe yeah look at how much the magic chip has spread... cheap chip sells well pitty it was not as reliable as the Apple2 / Apple Pro and the Messaihs...
well not the 3.0 series anyway but hey cheap sells
I was talking about console game CDs and my country's currency is Pesos. What I was saying was 2,000 to 3,000 plus in prices.
uhhhh....
are you talking mexican pesos where 2500 of those comes up to over $200 usd? or chilean pesos where 2500 comes up to like $3 usd? or some other country where it's completely different? we can't just guess you know.
