I bought a GBA way back when from them; everything went smooth. They're a pretty major online retailer, so I wouldn't worry.

I ordered a 360 from them last Friday and they wont mail it and I called them and I get they are trying to verify credit card bullshit so I called back and canceled my order because I believe they are lying to me and they actually don?t have any stock

edit:you know I might have back ordered if from them if they were just honest about it but now they have lost a costomer forever just because they probubly want to lie to me

How much did the total come out to be? Usually with a large purchase the credit card company has to get authorization from the cardowner before letting the money go.

i normally order from ebgames.com which is the same company and yes they are slow with getting xbox360 shipped out, i know since thats where i ordered one from.
you are probably better off getting a xbox360 from a brick and mortar store than ordering one from online, it's hard to get them but i'm sure you'll eventually find one

naw just ebayed it im lazy ended up paying 409 shipped 4 core system

btw now all the 360's at gamestop are labeled Pre-Release 4/14/06 witch was not the case when I ordered they had usually ship?s in 24hr were it said that I know for sure cause I saved the page to my computer
before I canseled I even called my bank and asked them if there were any credit card perchase attempts that have not gone through or are being verified and they said no

so for that reason its almost sertain they lied to me

It's kinda weird that they'd be out of X360's; they're not exactly a hot item anymore.

not realy all brick stores are sold out and so are all the outher online retailers for exsample

Game stop online and storefront are both run by bumbling idiots and liars.. I actually wrote a small "letter to the editor" about my experience with them when they first came to my town.. I don't care to re-live that, but that are just plain incompetent and downright crooked to the core.

BTW - if you need an xbox360, it shouldn't be that hard these days... every wal-mart and target I've been to this month has a case full of them. Too by my wal-mart doesn't carry half as many of the new release games as the wal-mart in the next big city does... I'd probably have a lot more games if I had to look at the new game staring at me and begging me to buy them everytime I pass the electronics section after buying a gallon of milk
