strange behavior, is it the mobo electrolyts?

Well as many of you have noticed am trying to build a pc with old parts, but when trying to install OS i get random strange problems, rebots sometimes, does ramcheck for 3 min sometimes, in winxp install blue screen or "could not copy file" message. i have tried it all,
could it be as simpe as thease electrolytes?
i have read something about bad electrolytes somewere...

but before i order new ones i might ask you people first.

They do look a little "exploded". I wouldn't know if they could be the cause of your issues, but they shouldn't cost that much right? A couple of bucks probably.

i had the reboot issue before i think it was the memory for me if i remember as for the error message during install you sure the cd is not corrupt

thoes caps actaully sometimes do explode :P doesnt look like its happend yet though. i spose it wouldnt do any harm in replacing the caps.. would be fairly inexpensive.

well i took the mobo to work, replaced the component and messure them, the 2 swollen caps were of the chart by far! so i replaced them, will try the mobo when i get home.
