Still no hope for cfw above 3.55

It's been more than a year already and we're still stuck on 3.55.I came to only conclusion Bitch ASS Sony wins.

They fixed the chain of trust, so now all that is left are lv2 exploits, and maybe really hard to exploit lv1 holes. Linux runs on all PS3s with older bootldr, which is most in existence. Also if you jailbreak sony stuff you help them sale products while they sue you..

It took almost 4 years to get CFW.
I don't really see 1 year being that long of a time period (of course at the age I am now a year goes by pretty quick).
Plenty of games for the PS3 on the market that can be played on CFW.
I will be happy for at least the next 5 or 10 years with 3.55 CFW.

If I ever happen to want to play online I will go buy another PS3.

I still think that we will see new CFW after Sony has decided the PS3 has run its course in the market and introduces the next gen console.
I could be wrong about that. Simply my own little opinion.
