It's a sad world today, people suing RESTAURANTS just because it made them fat!?!? Come on! Why don't they just sue the Land O Lakes butter company while they're at it? I hope that fat moron slips on a hamburger patty and breaks his back.

Scary thing is - I think this guy is going to win his case. Reason being is because here in America, it seems that you have to list EVERY FRIGGIN ingredient down to the last carbohydrate, gram of fat, or calorie somewhere conspicuoulsy. Obviously the fast food isnt labeled for individual sale (So they dont put it there) You have to ASK for this listing. Subway just got under the wife by posting it right out in the open (and actually capitalizing on the fact their shit is less fattening - more carbs but less fat go figure) So I think this guy actually has a chance... And it makes me sick.
