You should have gathered some staff members before investing in the business. Not too many people are willing to work under a new Ps2 scener. You're goals are a little high too. Try reachable short term goals before aiming for the sky. If you're looking for a community you will have a hard time. Many people on Newz and Ownz prefer their respective sites and don't try anything new. If you promote the sales instead of the community however you probably can make some profit.
