I read those docs above and all i read is Sony requesting info from youtube about anyone who posted comments and anything in relation to the "geohot" account.

Common sense should tell you Sony isnt going sue anyone for viewing a video, if they could then then can also sue everyone here who has posted in this forum too.

Wow abuse of power how does this a lawsuit regarding the PS3 have nothing to do with PS3...and stop spelling words wrong its not ridiculus or whatever, being someone in authority, its not a good way to represent psx-scene. get firefox or chome if you cant spell...a nice little red squiggle will show up..

Not to mention, Sony couldn't sue you for watching a video. That would be absolutely assinine. We would have to be in a complete police state if this were true, and if so, this would be the least of your worries if that was the case.

Geohot set the video as "private" on YouTube so now Sony wants to know who is allowed to access it. They assume it will lead them to Bushing and the other devs they've been stalking. They will not be adding random viewers of the video to the lawsuit. Other "scene" sites are just trying to drum up any traffic they can by making a b.s. story out of nothing.
