SLUS_209.68 what game is this

i have a disk im my room that i have no way of booting and i want to know what game it is ( burnt) the slus is in the title i have googled and used the find feature in the text document that comes with massive title.db
no luck
i think this is kareoke revolution 1 am i right ?
