    I resentley perchased a video capture card to be paticular this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16815100113

    the software packaged with it is not very good what is some good software for the purpose of watching TV with one of these

    the captureing software that came with it (cyberlink power producer 2 gold) is ok but if you know of a better one ide like that also
