question about my new grafic card

i have ordered a new computer with this grafic card in it

it clames not to have tv out but both VGA-out and DVI-out
whats the diffrence?
am i able to connect it to my tv thru scart with some special cable?

TV-out is usually just a composite or S-video output so you can use your computer as a monitor. The visual quality usually sucks so I wouldn't miss this feature.

VGA is your typical monitor connector, but it's analog. Been in use for years now.

DVI is considered to have the best image quality when it comes to video outputs, mainly because it's a digital signal. It's used in more expensive TVs and monitors (usually LCD monitors). My Dell 2001FP LCD monitor is getting a digital signal from my 6800GT and the picture is undoubtedly sharper.

ok. so connecting to a standard tv set is not possible?

Nope, unless your TV's got DVI inputs.

no... it's just a cheap 28 samsung.

thinking of buying a projector in the future, then i will make sure it got DVI-in then.
