    I HAVE JUST MODDED A V5/V6 MOBO WITH A MESSIAH2-PRO.MY LASER WILL GO TO THE CENTER AND BACKOFF A LITTLE BUT THE CD WOULDN'T SPIN. i HAVE CHECKED THE FUSES, MADE A RESISTANCE TEST FOR BRIDGES WO ANY SUCCES.
    WHAT CONTROLS THAT MOTOR????

    check the ribbon that pugs into the laser unit you might get a better response in ps2 tech forum rather than offtopic.
