    every time i try to DL something i get this problem and it stops me from downloading anything!
    and you can tell that its really pissing me off.....

    it says that it cant find an temp internet file.
    and i really dont know why it would be saying that, i have not change or deleted anything, so this is a mystery to me

    i have a pix of what its says

    Torrent? Did you download something in BitTorrent? Is this a problem no matter how you try to download.....or have you tried Save As and save somewhere else?

    i have this problem no matter what i try to download
    this problem happens before i have to chance to direct what file i want it to download into

    Try deleting all of your temporary internet files.

    In Internet Explorer window go to Tools\Internet Options... and go to section labeled Temporary Internet Files. Click the Delete Files... button.
