PearPC is the free open-source solution. CherryOS is a rip-off of PearPC. Keep in mind that its emulation and is very very slow. You can't exactly "boot" into OSX you need to run a virtual machine on top of an operating sytem (Windows or Linux)...the closest you can get to "booting" into OSX is running Darwin (the OSX core, modified FreeBSD by Apple, which Apple has made opensource, you don't get the GUI or the apps)...
