PC/MAC Network

Well, I finally fixed my mac today. After having it laying around for about 1 year. Now that I have a pc, I would like to have a network so I could transfer my files from 1 computer to another.

SOO does anyone know how to set one up, or can point me in the correct direction? ty.

hmm, I've never done it before, but look for some called "Samba share" is what I'm thinkin... but not sure on that
