i understand what you are saying thetieger but thats what they do to me if my paypal account is short they get the rest of the money from my bank account. so avoid this from happening to you dont put your bank account as the secondary source.

if paypal caches you buying things they do not aprove of thought them (read there policys) they can and will fine you and they will take it strate out of your bank acount if you give them one

well if u had to open a new bank and use it if they try to take money from ur account there is a 3 day period to get money from ur bank to there just close the account out or have the bank to block there w/d u can probly ask ur bank if its legal for them to do that cause i dout it is even if it shows it in there ToA i still think its illegal

thats like saying u have a web site u are a hitman and in order for some one to contract u to do a hit they must accept ur terms of aggrement meaning if he gets busted its all on the pesron who bought ur severices and you go to jail and he gose scott free. lol
