Mod chips, game enhancers, and boot discs are devices that enable domestic video game consoles to play backup or import versions of video games.

PayPal Policy:
You may not use PayPal to sell devices that enable the play of backup or import versions of video games (including mod chips, game enhancers, and boot discs).

Guideline:
You may not use PayPal to advertise or encourage the use of devices that enable domestic game consoles to play backup and imported games.

If your site offers mod chips, game enhancers, or boot discs it may be removed from PayPal Shops. Multiple violations of PayPal's mod chip, game enhancers, and boot disc policy could result in the suspension of your account.

paypal just says that so they wont get in trouble if a shake down happen. other than that they aint going to stop accepting the money they receive.

Watch out for Pay Pal Know a guy was selling stuff for satellite TV nothing illegal at all. PayPal froze all his accounts and costumers accounts he had one hell of a time with them. I refuse to use PayPal if thats all a seller will accept then i just find a new seller.

Arrrrrrrrrr, I had a run in with PayPal too...they gave me a load of crap because I changed banks and wanted to switch my PayPal account to me new bank. They wanted me to provide them with cirtified letters and notarized documentation verifying my new account info. I told them ta go suck a barnicle and just quit usin' their service.

I sell a lot of modchips through paypal but i have the tag ( add to cart ) button shows paypal , DMS upgrade, duo upgrade, magic upgrade.. etc.. etc..etc..
