yea, i cant say that i know alot about the ps2 scene and i dont have a grudge against ownz, i just like lighting buildings on fire.. but can someone explain how ownz got my ip and banned it? besides the obvious me connecting to their website a few monthes ago

With vbulletin the administrators can view IP addys. Sometimes the mods can too. If this is something that concerns people, there are proxies available out there. Anyhow, in the Vbulletin cp there is the option to ban IP's. That is what they are doing. Banning IP's and hoping that the poor sap pays them the $10 or $20 to get unbanned. DO NOT be fooled! They banned you on purpose to get you to pay - it was not a glitch or an accident!!!
