OK, i thought it would be good to keep an update of the OFFICIAL console sales figures for each month in America.

I will update it each month, and it will start from November 2005.

Feel free to reply to this thread but please DO NOT post sales charts in here, please leave that to me as its my thread

Advance is outselling EVERYTHING!!!!!

I see NDS is outselling the PSP still... who could have predicted that???

Well, it is half the price of a PSP. Budget minded consumers are everywhere and it's much easier to convince your parents/significant other to spring for a gaming system when it doesn't require an entire month's salary to pay for it.

Toma is exactly right, if they were the same price psp's would be outselling ds's 3:1...

lol, im sure it would.

The PSP will NEVER be at the NDS price tag, it will be sold at the price of normal consoles like the PStwo.

NDS is outselling the PSP is because Nintendo makes better games than sony and the NDS is more reliable.

And i own both consoles!

Nintendo does have some better games, but if you were to present both to an unwitting parent at their current price points during the gift giving season; regardless of the games the NDS will be a no brainer.

In my eyes the NDS is just so much more fun than the PSP, i play it over my PSP everyday!

Sony has won the Home console war, but i cant see it ever winning the Handheld war, Nintendo has a tight grip on that and i dont think they will ever release that grip.

Jesus the GBA is outselling EVERYTHING! lol

Sonys consoles sold nearly 1 million in 1 week which is very good, but Nintendos consoles sold over 1.5 million in 1 week! And microsoft around half a million.

The PSP is getting outsold by the NDS in America, Europe and Asia!

hmmm i spose its your preferance in games.. i havnt been impressed with a nintendo game in yeeears.. but whatever.. rock on...
