Came to connect last night and got a "Your ip has been banned" message.

On further investigation it seems a large chunk of uk ntl ipranges / hosts have been banned from the server. I can connect fine via a proxy with my account and from work so I have not done anything wrong and received any warning / email to this effect.

I have asked some people local to me test the url and they confirmed the ip range block.

Can this be removed / modified please or at least looking into.

I have emailed webmaster as per the advice on the banned web page and have also been in irc to ask but no ops/admin about
