12-25-2006,02:48 AMI read the article not long ago over at XBOX-Scene & the guy who got arrested was xboxexpert who was one of the moderators over at XBOX-Scene.
He did a stupid thing by selling backup games, it wasn't the modchips that got him into trouble, it was the selling of pirate games.Homebrew Supporter for over 4+ years.
PS3/XBOX 360 fan (own both systems)
