This guy is well known at xbox-scene.com
That scared me until I actually read the article - he got arrested for selling pirated games not for installing chips.
I always tell the customers about the dangers of peddling pirated goods and thanks to stories like these they seem to understand.
Serves him right. It's one thing to make "backups" for personal use it's another to profit from them. He just took things too far.
I read the article not long ago over at XBOX-Scene & the guy who got arrested was xboxexpert who was one of the moderators over at XBOX-Scene.
He did a stupid thing by selling backup games, it wasn't the modchips that got him into trouble, it was the selling of pirate games.
