Need to vent about Jackass

I just saw the news and saw that someone was trying to sue the producers of Jackass because of a college student who died attempting a stunt... THIS IS SUCH BULLSHIT! I know this has been said before etc. but it just rubs me ****ing raw with a piece of sandpaper and tabasco sauce as a lubricant. I hate to say anything bad about the country I defend, but the people here can be really ****ing stupid sometimes. Noone here wants to take responsibility for their actions. (Or anything for that matter) All of these idiots who try this stupid crap KNOW that "Hey, there is a really good chance you could get ****ed up!" But when this happens, they want to place the blame on someone else. Same thing with people blaming shit on Ozzy, and Judas Priest, and Manson... This is crap people. The only way you should be excused from such idiocy is if you are declared legally insane - these are the only people excused from not knowing the difference from wrong and right... (And stupid for that matter) As far as these kids doing this shit? Where the hell are your parents and WTF are they doing? (Or not doing?) Do any of you remember the incident a few years back with Beavis and Butthead? When those kids burned their trailer down? I knew those kids, and I knew their mother as well. (Talk about ****ed up individuals... - Seriously) But there we have it. 2 children with little to no supervision, and when they have supervision, mom is either turning tricks or doing ridiculous amounts of crystal-methamphetamines. So when I tell this kid he cant go outside to do something stupid and he sits in the corner and shits his pants I have a little better understanding as to why... THEIR PARENTS ARE ****ED UP!! I am just angry as to the stupidity and audacity of people here in America at times... People just cant and wont take responsibility, and this just disgusts me.

Did you hear that people are sueing mcdonalds because their kids are too fat? And the case has been brought before a judge and hasn't been dissmissed yet.....Blame society for your kid's stupidity...In my home town the grading system in schools used to be:
92-100 =A..........And now it's.........90-100 =A
83-91 =B......................................80-89 =B
74-82 =C......................................70-79 =C
69-73 =D......................................60-69 =D
under 69 = fail...............................under 60 =fail
They did this because the parents thought the grading scale was too hard....Now they are wondering why their kids are flunking out of college...

I saw the news yesterday and they said the judge did throw out that case.



Back to the topic this is want wrong with most people today they will sue for anything. Have you heard that a bitch sue the NYC MTA because she try to commit suicide on the track and the train ran her over but sadly she lived and sue the MTA and won that case!!!

Stupidity in the "system", maybe they're into Mary too. It doesn't make sense in the Justice Dept., what that heck we're humans anyway, but there no excuse to stupidity, damn.

Hell I got an accident racing inline skates and I don't blame the city because in a freaking curve of a street they decided to have different surfaces on the road because one is from another county and the other one isn't. Damn even that it was my first time racing here, it's my fault, there's no need to blame anybody. (hmmmmm they gave me ideas hehehehe)

When you see that the road is almost white, that means rough road, don't even think passing your buddies if you can't, now I'm not a "virgin" anymore, I ate road, dirt & even grass (good grass).

What we need is more judges that are willing to thrown this barnicle bitten cases back to the seas! Arrrrrr so we do! I can't believe a man is suing McDonald's because he got FAT from eating too much of it! A judge actually let that case into court!!! I thinks that that there judge should be tarred and feathered...so I do.
