Need some real good opinions...

I have a decision to really make, and thought i'd ask for some advice. Anyways, theres this girl I really like (kasy) who's incredibly incredibly nice. She had a b/f who was a real controlling bastard, but he cheated on her at prom, and she broke up with him. So, I thought i'd try to maybe get with her since she's so sweet, and have been talking to her a lot lately, and flirting with her. SO, her ex b/f don't like that to much . Today he kept on staring at me in the lunch room, and other places he just kept looking at me so I looked at him back and was thinking HMM...WTF IS HIS PROB? Then, I was driving behind him, and he pulls off to the side of the road so I just go on apast him...He gets behind me, and starts riding my ass.
Basically, I'm either going to do one of two things tomorrow...Either stare at him, and see if he has enough balls to say something to me...OR just walk up to him, and be like YOU GOT A PROBLEM?! If he'd get in my face or anything like that then i'd put him on his ass, but were both 18....Plus, I box and lift weights all the time so I'm pretty sure I could hurt him pretty badly in which i'd goto jail for a while...
So, what do you guys think I should do? Really don't wanna goto jail, but definitely aint taking no shit from him...He really needs a asskicking anyways though I just really need for him to make the first move (threaten me, throw a punch, etc).

How about you ask her out first so you know if its worth it or not. Cuz if you kick his ass and then she ends up hating you, you'd have screwed everything up.

Well, it's not really about her so much though...I mean I like her and everything, and wouldn't mind going out with her. Basically, she's such a sweet girl that i'd be happy even if she wasn't with me, but wasn't with him cuz he's such an ass. He definitely deserves for somebody to teach him a lesson, but it's just the jail thing . I just plain out never liked him anyways, and I know he hasn't liked me to much...Now, he's got a lot more reason to though

i think you should go to the school councelor and talk to him/her and you and the other dude sit down and talk about it, violence is not the way.

you can go up to him and beat the shit out of him and then kiss the girl out of nowhere and you walk out of school like a bad ass.

either way, remember, his a dumbass you dont like and you lift weights and what not, you mentioned he had a car, how bout you do something to his car and make it sorta obvious that it was you but dont give it away so he comes at you, you beat the shit out of him and you claim self defense, and say you know nothing about the car, destroy this thread so no one knows you were here. get some magnets and shove them in the computer and your on your way to getting the girl. easy!!!

and NO Fat Mike it's not the same girl that I liked before...She didn't turn out the way I thought she was. Well, I sort of knew how she was, but she had some good qualities...Guess you kind of look over peoples faults and see the good (I was blind really). but this girl is nice, and even the most bitchiest, backstabbing girls have even said she's so nice . Really haven't heard one bad thing about her from anyone, and she was also prom queen. She's pretty tiny though cuz she has a bone problem (or did, but it's better now), but she's cute and nice...and definitely deserves a lot more than him.

your 18 and its really close to the end of the school year Im assuming (by your age)this is your senior year I wouldnt risk missing out on graduation or something over this jackoff! Ask him if he has a problem if he does meet him off school grounds and bust his face. Have a friend video or atleast take some pics for us...

lol..Still though if I did he'd probably press charges. I think I'll just goto school tomorrow, and stare at him until he hopefully makes a move. Usually I never really feel good because of my acid reflux (end up throwing up most mornings, and feeling like shit). If I have this problem I'm usually pretty pissed off at school, and don't care...Just walk up to him and ask him if he's got a prob, and if he say YES/ gets in my face/ etc then he damn sure will.
