I have a Valid product key!
Can I just semi pirate at the infamous bay to get the cd of windows 7 and install it with my key?
if I can will windows come after me and do some weird things to my system?
just want to know if its save to do.
by all means pm me with info or other methods.
I know im scratching the ''invisible piratewall'' but i am legit all I want is a clean install

LEGAL Windows 7 Download Links (Just like Vista before!!!)
Read the thread CAREFULLY as if you don't back up your OEM Activation certificate then the key is useless for a clean install.

If you have a name brand laptop, usually you can do a key combo at startup to revert the system to like it was out of the box.
usually Combination of CTRL+F11 or similar. If you can put your model #, I can tell you for sure.
Before you insult someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, you are a mile away and you have their shoes!

According to my quick google search, that one came with recovery disks, not a recovery partition.

thats it, all laptops that ive seen and or desktops have this smaller partition for the recovery files, just incase you want or have to reinstall it, they used to hand out cds when you bought the thing, but now is just that.
